Bioniqe Healthcare User & Client Agreement
By accessing our website, requesting product quotes, or entering into a contract manufacturing agreement with Bioniqe Healthcare, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1 Services & Scope of Agreement
Bioniqe Healthcare provides third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing, contract production, and PCD pharma franchise opportunities from our facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. All quotes, project timelines, and batch specifications agreed upon via inquiry forms or formal purchase orders constitute binding service parameters under applicable Indian laws.
2 Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
Clients engaging Bioniqe Healthcare for manufacturing must possess valid Drug Licenses (Form 20/21 or equivalent wholesale/retail licenses) and registered trademarks/brand rights for the formulations requested. We maintain strict compliance with WHO-GMP and ISO standards, and batch manufacturing is executed strictly according to approved drug formulations and regulatory guidelines.
3 Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All website content, layout, design assets, and logos belonging to Bioniqe Healthcare are protected property. For contract manufacturing partners, all proprietary formulas, packaging designs, and client intellectual property shared with us remain strictly confidential and protected against unauthorized disclosure.
4 Orders, Payments & Dispatch
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply to all third-party manufacturing orders. Production schedules and dispatch windows are confirmed upon receipt of approved artwork, statutory documentation, and agreed commercial advances. Deliveries are processed through reliable logistics networks from our manufacturing unit in Baddi.
5 Limitation of Liability
Bioniqe Healthcare shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, delays caused by unforeseen regulatory updates, or force majeure events outside our direct operational control.
6 Contact & Legal Jurisdiction
