Refund and Cancellations

1 Order Cancellation Policy

Contract manufacturing orders involve the procurement of specific raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), packaging foil, and customized cartons:

• Pre-Production Stage: Orders may be cancelled without penalty only before raw material sourcing and artwork finalization have commenced, typically within 24 hours of purchase order submission.
• In-Production Stage: Once batch processing, raw material procurement, or custom cylinder/foil printing has been initiated, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2 Refund & Advance Payment Guidelines

Advance payments made for third-party manufacturing batches or franchise reservations are governed by the following terms:

• Advances used for procuring specialized ingredients, custom molds, or printed packaging materials are non-refundable once committed.
• In the event of a mutual agreement to terminate a project prior to batch compounding, any remaining unspent balance from advance deposits will be evaluated and credited or refunded within 14 business days.

3 Damaged or Discrepant Shipments

We maintain stringent quality assurance and secure packaging protocols at our facility in Baddi. However, if a shipment arrives with transit damage or quantitative discrepancy:

• Clients must notify our support team in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Valid claims for damaged or missing stock will be verified and addressed through replacement batches or credit adjustments in subsequent orders.
